Need a Refund? Keep Reading!
Please note that Supercell Support can only help you with a refund for purchases made on the Supercell Store or for in-game purchases made with Google Pay. For in-game purchases made with Apple Pay, please contact their support team directly here.
To request a refund on a purchase, you can contact Supercell Support via the in-game Settings. Select ‘Help and Support’ and tap the button in the top right of the screen to get in touch.
Valid Reasons for Refund
You will only be able to receive a refund if it is for a valid reason, which includes:
- Accidental purchases
- Unauthorized purchases
- Multiple charges
- Game-related bugs that affect shop purchases
Invalid Reasons for Refund
We cannot give you a refund if it is for an invalid reason, which includes:
- Fraudulent purchases (misuse of credit card/gift card)
- Supercell removing games from the app stores in specific regions
Refunds of Season Passes
If eligible, a Season Pass can only be refunded once per account lifetime in the following games:
- Clash of Clans
- Clash Royale
- Hay Day
- Boom Beach
- Brawl Stars
My Refund Is Approved, but I Haven’t Received My Money
Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
If the payment was made with Google Pay, only Google has access to your payment information. If you have been waiting longer than 10 days for your money, you can check the refund request status here.
Negative Gem/Diamond Balance
If a refund is required, we recommend not spending or activating your purchased items. If you have already used or activated your purchased content, a refund can only be given in very specific cases. In this case, the Gem/Diamond value of the item will be removed from your account, which could result in a negative Gem/Diamond balance.
