Supercell ID Family

Supercell ID Family allows families to manage all of their accounts in one place, ensuring a fun and safe playing experience for children and adults alike.

By setting up a Supercell ID Family, a trusted adult can use their email address to manage up to eight Young Player Accounts at once.

For Young Players, this means enjoying all the benefits of a Young Player Account, including full access to Supercell ID features like saving game progress and adding friends! Learn more about Young Player Accounts here.

For parents, Supercell ID Family allows for easier monitoring and management of restrictions for connected Young Player Accounts, ensuring children can enjoy Supercell games while keeping safe online.

To set up a Supercell ID Family, simply connect a Young Player account to Supercell ID by providing a trusted adult’s email address. If the email is not already associated with an existing Supercell ID Family, a new Family will be created automatically.

The trusted adult whose email address is provided will become the Family Manager for the Supercell ID Family.

Please note! Supercell ID Family is currently only available when a Young Player account connects to Supercell ID for the first time.

Joining an Existing Family

To join an existing Supercell ID Family from a new game account:

1. Log in using the email address linked to the Supercell ID Family. The Family Manager will receive a notification prompting them to approve the request.

2. Enter the code sent to the Family Manager when prompted.

Keep in mind that a maximum of 8 members can join a Supercell ID Family at once—if this limit has been reached, you can start a new Supercell ID Family by using a different trusted adult’s email address.

Supercell ID Family is currently in a testing phase, so the feature is not yet available for all players. In the future, Supercell ID Family will be rolled out for all countries that support Supercell ID functionality. Keep an eye out for future updates!
